Refund policy

At Reminisce Magnet Co., many of our products are custom-made using your personal photos and memories. Because personalized items are created specifically for you, custom and personalized products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-Custom Products

Non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at hello@reminiscemagnetco.com before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@reminiscemagnetco.com within 7 days of delivery so I can make it right.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and photos if applicable.

Refunds

Once and eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
