We have a 14 day remake policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your order to request a remake.

To be eligible for a remake, please email pictures of the damaged or wrong item along with the order number to hello@reminiscemagnetco.com

Once reviewed and accepted for a remake, you will receive a new order confirmation and your new order will be started with priority
